There are no great people in this world, only great challenges which ordinary people rise to meet. This is excellent for those who are preparing for the UPSC exam because it gives all those whose academic and financial backgrounds are not strong enough to support such a strong move the strength and confidence they need.
It is completely false to think that the UPSC is a scholarly endeavour, as many of the already successful officers have shown.
